EBS Racing Return Policy

Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days of ship date (International customers have 60 days to return parts) and we will happily refund the purchase price. A processing fee for items that are not defective or mis-shipped may be charged to cover transaction fees and handling.  Allow up to 30 days from date of receipt of the returned item for processing refunds and exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

It's easy to return a product:

1. Log into your account or call EBS Racing to initiate a return.
2. We will email you instructions and issue a Return Authorization Number for returning your product.
3. Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.

Please Note:
 

• Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Call EBS Racing to arrange these returns.
• You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description or contact a sales representative before you place your order.
• Special order items are not returnable unless defective.
• Items must be returned in original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
• No returns will be accepted on exhaust products after installation unless otherwise stated.
• No returns on electrical products, computer chips, scanners, tools, books or DVD’s.
• Parts returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded.
